Economic development groups merge

January 11, 2012 (NORTH IOWA) – Officials with three North Iowa economic development groups on Tuesday announced a merger which folds economic development efforts throughout Cerro Gordo County into a single public/private entity.  The North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation, Mason City Economic Development Corporation and Clear Lake Economic Development Corporation have completed a merger which results in the assimilation of the economic development efforts of Mason City, Clear Lake and Cerro Gordo County into the Corridor.    Read complete release
